My review of the Spread Eagle – A perfect experience We had a wonderful stay at the Spread Eagle, and we can only recommend it! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the beauty of the hotel, which combines elegance and comfort with a warm atmosphere. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for resting after our busy days exploring London. A huge thank you to the gentleman at the reception, who was very kind and attentive to our needs. A special mention also to the lady who served us breakfast every morning with great kindness – it’s always a pleasure to be welcomed with such a warm smile and professionalism. Regarding the food, whether it was breakfast or dinner, everything was generous and delicious. The dishes were carefully prepared, and every meal was an absolute delight. We had a perfect stay, and one thing is certain: when we return to England, we will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation! Thank you to the entire Spread Eagle team for this amazing experience. See you soon!

really comfortable rooms that are really nicely fitted out. the extra touches in the mini bar and nice glasses to enjoy the mini bar and the home made cookie on arrival etc. all made it feel very homely. nice linens and super comfortable bed. staff were all very welcoming and helpful and made for a great stay! will definitely return again and recommend!

Had a lovely stay here, staff were all very friendly, helpful & polite. Location has good bus service, ideal for me. I had a nice breakfast but was unable to sample other meals. A very comfortable, well equipped establishment with lovely artwork throughout.

We enjoyed our stay at the Spread Eagle. Room was beautifully decorated, especially the bathroom. Comfortable bed. Our only negative was that we hadn't realised the hotel rooms overlooked Garratt Lane so it was quite noisy although they've installed secondary glazing, ours wouldn't shut, so we were woken up quite early by motorbikes & sirens. We reported it to reception who couldn't do anything about it for us (as we arrived late at night) but they have said they will fix it for future guests.

We had the perfect stay. We were here to go to Wimbledon. Great location and transport links. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely with everything you needed and very comfy beds. Breakfast was superb too. Plus they have a cute terrace. I'd definitely stay here again.

The Spread Eagle was a cozy accommodation. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, Uber boat transport and ride hires are easily accessible. There are plenty of place to near by, but their very own restaurant/bar is fantastic. We had a wonderful stay!

5 stars all around!! Got us checked in early to a beautiful room, great 2 night stay, and amazing staff!! Our flight was cancelled and they offered us a deal on a room to stay, as well as allowing us to hang out in the pub while waiting for our flight. Treated us so well. Nothing negative against the hotel at all, but our only con was that it was a good 10 minute walk to the train, but we enjoyed it and felt safe every time! Highly recommend and would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful and spotless. The bed was comfy and I slept well. We asked for extra pillows, which were brought up quickly and all the staff were helpful and very friendly. The food in the pub was delicious. We ate here for breakfast and our evening meals and everything we tried was amazing. The drinks were tasty too. I'd definitely recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay
